In recognition of the 2003 Kentucky Derby winner, Funny Cide, who recently passed away at 23, I give you a twist on the Man O’ War.

The champion was the 30th horse to win the first two legs of the Triple Crown, only to fall short in the Belmont Stakes to Empire Maker and finish 3rd.

He was a fan favorite at the Kentucky Horse Park. To all horse racing fans, “Here is to Funny Cide, a great horse and champion.”
