ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (Nov. 2, 2026) — Whiskey House of Kentucky is giving its customers a new way to keep tabs on their whiskey, launching an upgraded digital platform that combines real-time production and inventory information with a photorealistic, three-dimensional view of the rickhouse.
The company’s Customer Portal 2.0, available now to all Whiskey House customers, allows distilling and spirits brand clients to track production, storage and barrel movements through a secure online account. The platform is designed to make that information accessible without requesting a spreadsheet, placing a phone call or submitting a support ticket.
At the center of the upgrade is a 3D warehouse viewer that lets customers explore a digital model of the rickhouse holding their whiskey. Users can filter inventory by lot or scheduled order, locate matching barrels and select an individual barrel to retrieve its production information.
For brands working with a custom whiskey producer, the tool brings production records and the physical location of aging inventory into a single view. Whiskey House said that access also gives customers information they can use to develop more detailed stories about their products.
“From inception, our goal at Whiskey House was to offer a level of customer service never seen before in this industry,” said David Mandell, co-founder and CEO. “Our Customer Portal 2.0 further delivers on that promise by providing the most transparent, advanced view any customer has ever had into their production and inventory.”

The release expands beyond the virtual rickhouse, introducing a customizable dashboard that customers can arrange around the information most relevant to their businesses. Dashboard features include inventory and production performance measures, a visualization of barrels by location, scheduled-order analytics and a branded download menu.
Redesigned inventory and production pages provide additional detail through charts, summary displays and tables. Customers can review average wine gallons per barrel, barrel entry proof, inventory age, monthly production volume, cooperage information and the number of barrels stored in each rickhouse.
The platform also allows users to choose among liters of pure alcohol, wine gallons and proof gallons. Tables, charts and exported data automatically convert to the selected unit, helping customers work with consistent measurements across their records.
Inventory and production information can be downloaded as CSV files, with exports limited to the data each customer is authorized to access. Page-specific walkthroughs provide guidance throughout the platform, while a dedicated introduction takes new users directly into the 3D warehouse viewer on their first sign-in.
Whiskey House said the portal connects directly to its warehouse and production systems, allowing customers to access current information without relying on nightly data exports. The company said customer-specific access controls apply to every request, and accounts can be upgraded or migrated independently without downtime.
The investment reflects the role technology can play in custom whiskey production, where customers need to monitor both ongoing manufacturing and inventory that may remain in storage for years. Bringing those records together gives brands a more immediate picture of what has been produced, where it is aging and how inventory is distributed.
“This release raises the bar for what a custom whiskey producer can offer its customers,” said John Hargrove, president, chief operating officer and co-founder. “We combined advanced manufacturing, strong systems, and real technical investment to build something that is genuinely useful to our customers every single day. Customer Portal 2.0 gives the best spirits companies in the world direct, trusted access to their own production — and we will keep investing in it year after year.”
