Now that school is back in session our teachers need a drink!

We know our children are not angels and that is why this Teacher’s Pet will be well-behaved. I added an extra ounce just for my two kids in the recipe.

I hope all our hardworking dedicated teachers out there get to try this cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2.0 oz Kentucky Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Extra Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes of Bitters
  • 1 Cherry
  • 1 Slice of an Orange
METHOD:
  1. Fill a Rocks Glass with Ice
  2. Pour Bourbon, both Vermouths, and the dashes of Bitters into a Cocktail Shaker.
  3. Shake until Mixed
  4. Drop Cherry and Orange Slice into the glass and fill
REVIEW:

An easy recipe to make after a long day at school. If you like Manhattans or Negronis you will love this cocktail. Unfortunately, I do not. I tried to study for this test, but I just couldn’t give it my all. This drink is a solid B minus. Also, thank a teacher for all that they do…
