Have you ever wanted to get your hands on a bottle of Pappy? How about six? Tickets are now on sale for Lexington Habitat for Humanity’s Annual Bourbon Raffle, Pappy with a Purpose. The raffle features a rare, six-bottle collection of Pappy Van Winkle as the grand prize along with other celebrated favorites: 

Grand Prize

  • Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year, Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year, Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year, Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye, Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year “Lot B”, and Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year

2nd Place Prize

  • Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. Small Batch, Eagle Rare, Blanton’s Single Barrel, and Four Roses Single Barrel -Barrel Strength 58-4U

3rd Place Prize

  • Eagle Rare, Blanton’s Single Barrel, and W.L. Weller Special Reserve

Tickets can be purchased for $100/ea at www.lexhabitat.org/pappy until May 23, 2022, or until they sell out. Only 1,500 tickets will be available for purchase. The drawing is to take place on May 23, 2022.

The organization says though this is only the fundraiser’s second year it’s been met with great enthusiasm bringing in over $65,000 in its first year, equivalent to a full home sponsorship. “It’s back by popular demand!” says Christina Grimm, Outreach Coordinator at Lexington Habitat for Humanity. “Everyone loves this event. It’s fun to take a chance on such a sought-after prize – and those buying tickets know they’re helping their neighbors in need of housing.”
