SCOTTSVILLE, KY – (September 4, 2025) – The Center for Courageous Kids (CCK) today announced its 4th annual bourbon raffle, featuring an extraordinary lineup of ultra-rare, highly coveted bottles. Every ticket sold is a step toward transforming the lives of children with disabilities and lifelong illnesses, funding magical and unforgettable camp experiences all at no cost to their families. The 2025 CCK Bourbon Raffle grand prize is the complete Pappy’s Bourbon Collection, six legendary Van Winkle bottles valued at up to $15,000.
All prizes come with authenticity guaranteed and are backed by respected collector Curt Rafferty. Other notable packages in the raffle’s 10 drawings include the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, Weller’s Collection, Blanton’s 8 Horses and additional coveted bottles. A rare Jim Beam Corvette decanter is also up for grabs, making this raffle a bourbon enthusiast’s dream. The total value of all prize packages is over $39,000.
“For the fourth year, bourbon enthusiasts have the chance to turn their passion into purpose by supporting CCK’s mission to bring life-changing camp experiences to children with disabilities and serious illnesses,” said Darren Dannelly, President & CEO of The Center for Courageous Kids. “Each ticket helps make camp possible for kids who wouldn’t otherwise get the chance to experience it. They can ride horses, fish, swim, and connect with peers who understand them, through medically inclusive programs that remain completely free for families thanks to our supporters.”
With only 1,000 tickets available at $100 each, the CCK Bourbon Raffle gives participants exceptional odds. Each ticket is entered into every drawing until it wins, providing multiple chances for participants to claim a prize. “Sharing my collection for such a meaningful cause is a true privilege,” said Curt Rafferty, renowned bourbon collector and longtime CCK supporter. “These bottles are treasures for any collection, but the real reward is knowing that bourbon enthusiasts are coming together to create life-changing opportunities for these amazing kids and their families.”
The raffle drawing will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, during CCK’s Stars & Six Strings fundraiser at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Attendance is not required to win, and the drawing will be livestreamed CCK’s Facebook page for remote participants.
Proceeds from the Bourbon Raffle help fund CCK’s nine week-long summer sessions, each designed for specific medical conditions, welcoming up to 128 campers each week. Throughout the year, CCK also offers family weekend retreats, giving families a chance to relax, reconnect and build a supportive community.
