Barrell Craft Spirits (BCS) will launch an extremely limited production (108 bottles) of its 21-year-old Toasted Single Barrel, Tuesday December 9th at 10am ET online for an SRP of $199.99. This is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in TN, KY, and IN and finished at 124.56 proof (62.28% ABV).
In 2018, BCS introduced the first release of BCS 15-year-old Gray Label Bourbon, During the production of that bourbon, a portion of the blend was transferred into nine custom raised American oak barrels that were toasted to BCS’ specification. After five years of aging, the team introduced the first of these barrels in 2024. One year later, the second of these unique toasted barrels is being released.
