Cold weather equals warm fudge. Lounging by the fire and feeding my face with peanut butter fudge is a perfect night in my book.

Usually, I might sip on a little bourbon until, one night, I decided to combine the two.

I imagine this is how Reeses Peanut Butter Cups were invented.

Some poor slob, bored and hungry, combined two of his favorite items into one.

I am a simple man, and I need simple recipes. So here is the simplest peanut butter fudge recipe I could come up with. Enjoy…

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Large Jar of Jiff Peanut Butter
  • 1 Large Jar of Marshmellow Cream
  • 3 oz. of Kentucky Bourbon
  • 1/2 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
METHOD:
  1. Soften peanut butter and marshmallow cream in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
  2. Dump all ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
  3. Poor mixture in a 13X9 Pyrex Pan lined with Parchment Paper.
  4. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Cut in squares and serve.
This recipe receives 4/5 Barrels
