The John G. Carlisle Cafe is the Distillery’s first permanent dining destination, featuring sandwiches, salads, and desserts, as well as cocktails made from Buffalo Trace brands.
In celebration of the grand opening, the Distillery is hosting a three-week lineup of daily visitor offerings, from complimentary meals and tastings, archives exhibits, meet-and-greets with team members, specialty cocktails, and more! The daily offerings run May 11-May 31.
