Two Stacks Double Irish Cream Liqueur starts with Two Stacks The First Cut Signature Blend Irish Whiskey, which is blended and bonded by founders Shane McCarthy & Liam Brogan. This 4+ year-old fine whiskey from Great Northern Distillery features a unique blend of 40% grain (Bourbon Cask), 40% grain (American Oak), 8% pot still, 10% double malt and 2% peated malt. The peated malt – a unique addition to an Irish Cream – adds a wisp of smoke that lifts the cream to new heights.

A key component of this 17.5% Alc/Vol; 35-proof innovation is Irish double cream – naturally decadent, with a butterfat content of 48%.
