LOUISVILLE, KY (September 2, 2025)- Award-winning Rabbit Hole Distillery is thrilled to announce the exclusive release of Regallier, their newest limited-edition Distillery Series on September 1, 2025 just in time for Bourbon Heritage Month.
Regallier marries Kentucky craft with French refinement to create a high-rye, double-malt bourbon aged in new American oak and finished in regal French oak casks. At 118.9 proof, this exclusive release is as bold as it is elegant-offering a layered sweetness that builds from bright citrus and vanilla to rich Bing cherry and toasted almond, before finishing smooth and creamy with sweet plum and cocoa.
Tasting Notes include:
- Aroma: Bright Citrus Fruits, Vanilla, Toffee, Toasted Oak, Lingering Barrel Spices
- Palate: Fresh Bing Cherries, Toasted Almonds, Caramel, Hints of Soft Oak and Sandalwood
- Finish: Smooth and Creamy, Notes of Sweet Plum and Dried Fruits, with a hint of Cocoa

Rabbit Hole’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Rye Whiskeys are truly one-of-a-kind, using signature malted grains, each expression is crafted from a different recipe and enters the barrel at a lower proof to preserve the flavor. It is then matured in toasted and charred barrels and harvested in small batches of no more than 15 barrels at a time.
Every sip has a story, and while it lasts, Rabbit Hole’s “Find Your Perfect Whiskey” experience invites you to shape your own guided tasting through our Original Works of bourbon and rye. Visitors can also visit the Overlook Bar at the Distillery, with new extended hours Fridays and Saturdays through October 24th.
