ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. – Elizabethtown-based nonprofit Give 270 is gearing up to give away a 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible during an upcoming charity raffle. Hosted through the Corvette Club of America, the CCA-R1 raffle features a grand prize Corvette with less than 50,000 miles, brand-new tires and upgraded rims.
Only 500 tickets are available and are on sale now through Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. The winning ticket will be drawn live that evening on Give 270’s YouTube channel and Facebook page at 8 p.m., or on the first Wednesday after all 500 tickets have been sold, whichever occurs first.
Tickets are $96 and can be purchased by visiting corvetteclubofamerica.com. There is no limit to the amount of tickets purchased per person, subject to availability.
All raffle proceeds will benefit Give 270’s mission to support community, economic and workforce development of the Elizabethtown-Fort Knox MSA (Hardin, LaRue and Meade counties) by raising funds for other area nonprofit organizations and local initiatives.
“After years of hosting successful bourbon raffles, we at Give 270 are excited to broaden our efforts and celebrate the passion around another Kentucky-made product,” said Kenny Rambo, Co-founder of Give 270. “This raffle not only gives participants the chance to win an iconic American sports car, it’s also an opportunity to support meaningful organizations and initiatives that strengthen our community.”
