Buzzard’s Roost Repeal Day 8-Year-Old Bourbon will be available at the Buzzard’s Roost Distillery and Tasting Room and online, for $125 per bottle. At 113.4 proof, this single-barrel bourbon offers sugary fruit aromas layered with bubbling brown sugar and crushed pecans. On the palate: rich toffee studded with dry cherries, dates and apricots is balanced by light oak and a hint of white pepper.
