Brush Creek Distillery practices full-circle sustainability among its partners at The Farm at Brush Creek.

From the beginning to the end of the distilling process and beyond, the team at the Distillery collaborates with The Farm partners to promote innovation and produce award-winning spirits using certified organic greenhouse botanicals, mountain water, and ranch-foraged ingredients. All of this together bottles up the True Spirit of the American West.
See below several ways the Distillery works with its partners to foster sustainability at The Farm and among local ranchers:

  • Greenhouse: Brush Creek Spirits are distilled using juniper and fresh botanicals from the onsite 20,000 sq. ft certified organic Greenhouse to honor the land and its resources.
  • The Bakery: Spent grains from the production of Brush Creek Bourbon and Brush Creek Rye are shared with local ranchers and The Bakery at Brush Creek Ranch, where Executive Pastry and Bakery Chef, Keisha Sanderson, uses the grains in the creation of “Spent Grain Bread.”
  • Medicine Bow Creamery: Empty barrel char from the Distillery is used in the cheese and ice cream-making process at Wyoming’s only Grade-A Goat Dairy Creamery.
  • Cheyenne Club RestaurantIn an ongoing effort to raise the bar with culinary creations, the chefs at the Cheyenne Club infuse the unique flavor profiles of Brush Creek Spirits into their elevated offerings. Brush Creek Bourbon imbued into a demi-glace and combined with oven-roasted wild game serves as one of many gastronomic collaborations exemplified in the on-site Farm restaurant.
  • Brush Creek Cellar: Brush Creek Cellars boasts over 30,000 bottles of award-winning wines worldwide. This unmatched collection inspires wine-finished spirit collaborations currently maturing in Brush Creek Distillery’s warehouse.
The Farm at Brush Creek is a fully-immersive culinary destination and is integral to both Brush Creek Distillery and the award-winning Brush Creek Ranch.
